Dealing with stress
There are definitely advantages and disadvantages of stress but most importantly stress can have a negative impact on your health. One of the benefits of stress is that it adapts you to new and potentially threatening situations throughout life and it helps you realize to take actions in life that new to be done and accomplished.

Believe it or not your brain needs training. It's just like anything else you want to improve on or be better in requires training. Think of it this way, one example is training your muscles, if you don't train your muscles to get bigger then the odds are you will either just maintain it or lose some of the muscles in your body. The same think is with your brain, if you want to improve your memory, you have to constantly train it. Training your brain can increase and improve it's functions and can have you feeling more productive.
One good way to train your brain is to invest your time in mind-braining games. For example, solving puzzles, memorization games, or solving anything to challenge your brain. There's many games out there for this purpose.
Many games that you can do often is sudoku, chess, or games on your smartphone. Download an app from google play or the App Store from Apple.
Another good thing that can feel to a more productive person and can help improve brain activity is to exercise. Exercise definitely has its mental benefits and you won't regret that you did it!
Another important thing is to eat healthy and make sure you don't starve yourself. You need to feed your brain food for it to function properly. Plus, if you're hungry all the time or in general in stress mode, then you will not be able to think right constantly.
Think healthy and smart. Improving and training your brain starts with reducing stress and thinking positive thoughts. Be happy! Why would you want to constantly feed your mind with negative thoughts anyways. Remember this is all about investing in your brain and overall life.
